Mark D. Cole is Professor for Media and Telecommunication Law at the University of Luxembourg and Director for Academic Affairs at the Institute of European Media Law (EMR). He is also founding and associate editor of the European Data Protection Law Review (EDPL) and one of the founding editors of the Journal of AI Law and Regulation (AIRe).
